This 1928-A Legal Tender / U.S. Note is certainly a Key to the entire .00 series.
The .00 Legals are a very popular set to collect, they are certainly obtainable and there are only 14 notes in the set.
If you are going to collect this series, it makes sense to buy the keys first!
This note has excellent color, nice original embossing on the seal and the serial numbers; but best of all, the centering around the margins on both sides is good!
Early Legal Tender notes are notorious for bad centering, this note does not have that issue.
I grade this note as Choice About Uncirculated, as the note has a center bend, and light teller pinches at the right and left .
