Up for auction is a Filipina SantaCruzan Barbie doll, still sealed in it's packaging, from 1997. The box says:
"The Santacruzan is a novena procession usually held in honor of the Virgin Mary. It also commemorates the early Christian's finding of the Cross. While it is celebrated in the Philippines during the month of May, it used to be held on May 3 being the day when Empress Helena of the Roman Empire found the Holy Cross. Saint Helena was teh mother of Constantine the Great, the first Christian Roman Emperor who embraced Christianity by stopping the persecution of Christians. In the early times, Santacruzan was considered a sacred celebration, but today in many places in the Philippines, Santacruzan has become a cross between a religious procession and a beauty pageant. Here, the highest tribute that could be paid to a woman's beauty is to be selected as Reyna Elena. The Filipina Santacruzan Barbie Collections howcases the participants of such elaborate procession. From the selection of intricately designed costumes of Barbie, the image of what Santacruzan stands for has been minifested thru the introduction of Filipina Santacruzan Barbie."

Measurements:
The box measures approximately 14" long and 9" wide. Please email if you are unsure of the measurement given.
All measurements are approximate and can vary based on measuring techniques and measurer. Please note: Pleating, layers, and other fabric decoration can sometimes cause the measurements to be difficult to take. Because of this, I cannot offer returns based on measurements.
Condition:
Unopened box from 1997. Outer box isn't perfect. There are minor folds and dings. Still, considering it's nearly 30 years old, it's in remarkable shape.

Pet & Smoking Information:
Most items are acquired through estate sales. I do not purchase anything with obvious smoke or pet odors, but cannot say for sure if any have come in contact with either. Items are used and you should assume as such that they will need washing before wearing. As used items, they may have been washed with scented soap or stored in ways that impart scent upon them.
It should be assumed that all items not marked new with tags will need washing or dry cleaning as they are used. They may have been previously washed in scented soaps. I cannot offer returns based on the items scent.

Please remember that unless otherwise noted, the items I sell are used. Used items can having a scent, have minor fading, pilling, small pulls, shrinkage, and may have previously been altered.

Payment policy:
Free shipping. The accepted form of payment accepted is Paypal. Payment is due immediately for Buy It Now listings or up to 7 days for auction listings. A non paying bidder claim will be filed with eBay if payment has not been received within 7 days or prior arrangements have not been made.
Shipping information:
Packages are processed and shipped within 1 business day after payment is received (excluding Sundays and holidays). Combined shipping rates are available upon request.  All packages will be shipped via United States Postal First Class Mail or Priority flat rate envelopes, depending on weight. A tracking delivery confirmation number will be included with all packages.
Make sure to check out my other auctions as I'll combine shipping costs on any items win within 7-days. I charge actual shipping and can usually get 2-3 items in a flat rate envelope, 4-7 in a medium flat rate box, and 6+ in a large flat rate box. If you are planning to combine shipping, please let me know when your bidding is complete and I will send you a combined shipping invoice.
