Matched Pair of hand painted Ironstone Bowls – Fruit Pattern similar to Watt Ware
Description:
2 Beautiful large ironstone bowls.
Base has a crown logos and says Iron Stone Hand Painted Oven & Craze Proof 135
Age unknown estimated 1930s-1950s era.
Smaller bowl is 8 ¼” diameter and despite the craze proof label has some crazing, spider web cracking on base with a little discoloration on the base inside and underside of bowl and the large bowl is 9 ½” diameter with a couple chips around the lip and some crazing on the base and discoloration (browning) throughout the bowl.
Very attractive pair of bowls nice vintage look for display!
Condition:
I would consider this to be in fair to good condition, see description above & photos.
Grading on a near mint, excellent, very good, good, fair, poor scale
