Condition: These are new. They were purchased in bulk for a now defunct hula hoop making business, then partitioned out to clear out. These will fit most of your polypro or HDPE hoop making projects. We used them for hoops that were 1/2" - 3/4" OD, finished with a smaller sized cuff for each. .
