    This listing is for a 24x16x14 Inch FULLY ASSEMBLED plyometric exercise box.
    It's constructed from 3/4" solid cabinet grade plywood.
    I also fully send the surfaces and round the edges to pretty much eliminate splinters and help with busted shins if you slip!
    Construction is fully glued and screwed together.  These things are SOLID!
    I've been making them for a couple of years now and have had nothing but great reviews.
    And did I mention it's FULLY ASSEMBLED so you don't have to worry about pieces fitting together and being loose when you've screwed it together.
