    The Alto-Shaam 750-TH/II-QS half-size cook-and-hold oven cooks at low temperatures for long periods of time using Halo Heat® technology. Closely regulated temperatures minimize protein shrinkage when cuts of meat are cooked for several hours, and because the oven cooks according to a specific time setting, it automatically switches from cook mode to hold mode to meet the user-set parameters.
    This oven can accommodate 10 full-sized pans, holding 100 pounds of food. It can be stacked with other units to increase a restaurant's cooking capacity in a single unit's footprint. Made of stainless steel, the unit is heavy duty, and its antimicrobial handle inhibits bacteria growth.
