Up for sale is a USED (in very good condition) NORTHWEST Airlines Boeing 747-400 Phase 3 Powerplant Technical Training Manual Book.
This is a very detailed Boeing 747-400 jumbo Powerplant Technical Training Manual Book.
This manual book was likely used by NORTHWEST Airlines personnel, because on the front cover it says: NORTHWEST Airlines Technical Operations Training. This manual book is full of an immense amount of technical information, technical diagrams, & illustrations. This manual book provides detailed information for the aircraft crew operating the Boeing 747-400 jumbo jet's powerplant systems.
Physical condition of the manual book

Overall the manual book is in good condition, but it has some cosmetic blemishes on it (nothing too serious).
The front cover of the manual has some small ink dots on it (nothing major/very minor) please see picture. It looks like someone's initials are written at the top right hand corner of the front cover of the manual book.In addition there is a small ink stain near the initials in the top right corner.
The first page directly under the front cover has some handwriting on it (my best guess is some hand written instructions for the aircraft's operation).
The back cover has what looks like a faded grease smear (near the center of the back cover of the manual). There is a couple of small smudges in the top corner of the back cover. There is a small smudge in the top center of the back cover. In addition, there are some small red ink pen indentations around a top corner. Honestly, the back cover of the manual does not look bad, it just has some cosmetic blemishes on it.
There are some smudges on the front & back of the powerplant section tab. There is a smudge on the back of the engine section tab.
The interior of this manual is in good condition with minimal visible wear or highlighting.
There are some hand written instructions/notes on a few of the pages.
This manual book looks like it is under a half inch thick. This manual book is about 11 inches long & over 8.5 inches tall.

On the front cover there is a likely date NOVEMBER/03 (which I assume means November 2003).
