This patch is worn by the officers that are assigned to the Des Moines Police Department NBSD Unit.  An example of their assignments are to assist with on-going neighborhood issues and work with community leaders.  This patch is new and is in excellent condition.
This patch conveys no law enforcement status or privileges and should only be used for collecting and display purposes.
