    This is a Disneyland Cast Member only pin, given to Cast Members who signed up to donate at least .50 per paycheck (every week) to the Cast Community Fund. This pin is yellow and is like the shape of rough circle. Cast Community Fund is written in black ink on a white/sand colored banner along the bottom of the pin, with "2007" next to Mr. Smee, the pirate from Peter Pan. Mr. Smee is in his traditional outfit of blue and gray striped shirt with his red hat and his dark blue shorts. He is saluting with his left hand.
