This is a rare November 12th, 1928 program (playbill) from the opening weeks of the Original Broadway production of the GEORGE S. KAUFMAN, MORRIE RYSKIND, BERT KALMAR and HARRY RUBY musical comedy "ANIMAL CRACKERS"
at the Forty-Fourth Street Theatre in New York City. (The production opened October 23rd, 1928 and ran for 191 performances.) ..... The show starred THE MARX BROTHERS, who two years later would star in the film version.
