    Once upon a time, I was a ICE agent on the Fugitive Operations Team in Nebraska and we covered Nebraska and Iowa, then Iowa got their own Fug Op's team. I was gifted a couple patches by the head of their team, I really only need one. This patch wasn't worn on the uniform, but sometimes attached to the vest carrier. I think only 100 were ever made and you had to know someone to get one. U.S. sales only.
