    Description

    This Vietnamese 500,000 dong polymer banknote was issued by the State Bank of Vietnam in 2016. The banknote has hints of green, orange, blue, and purple. Its obverse design features the countries arms and a portrait of former president Ho Chi Minh. The back of the note depicts Ho Chi Minhs birthplace surrounded with trees in the village of Kim Lien. The polymer bill is 152 x 65 mm in size and bears a watermark that reflects a shadow image of Ho Chi Minh. The banknote was printed by Note Printing Australia and National Banknote Printing Plant and carries no security thread. This Vietnam 500,000 dong banknote is in uncirculated condition.
