Rogers Swivo Matic cymbal stand tilter and rod in very good condition. All holding tight and ready to use with plastic sleeve, felts and wing screw. I have two and one has light rust on the wing screw. Both have minimal signs of use and wear. This section is the top rod and tilter from a floor cymbal stand.
