This bowl is in great condition for its age with no damage that I can find, but I do see what I think are manufacturer's flaws .... see pics 9 + 10. There are two holes, one caused, I think by something foreign in the clay that burned away during the firing process, pic 10, and the other from an unknown cause, maybe from being sticking to and being pulled apart from another bowl during the firing process. There are also tint black specks all over the outside. There may always be small manufacturer's defects or microscopic blemishes or flaws consistent with age and use which is to be expected in antique and vintage items. Rest assured that any major issues will always be both documented and photographed to the best of my ability. Be sure and check the photos as they are an integral part of the description and do a much better job of showing condition issues than what I can explain through the use of the written word.
